As a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) and Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Keisha is credentialed and equipped to serve job seekers at every phase of the career journey – from the new graduate just getting started or stay-at-home parents returning to the workforce to mid-career professionals seeking advancement and senior executives planning a “second act” portfolio career.
She is also trained in neurodiversity, diversity and inclusion, and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). She holds an undergraduate degree in English from Tennessee State University and a master’s in Humanities from California State University – Dominguez Hills (CSU-DH), plus a technical writing graduate certificate from CSU-DH.
Keisha is a career changer herself, pivoting into the career services space after a 15-year career in journalism, public relations and organizational communications. She understands the nuances of career transformation from both an experiential and empathic perspective, as well as a professional one, grounded in industry best practices.
