That’s why we’re thrilled to invite you to participate in WCG’s transformative leadership group coaching initiative for anyone looking to ignite influence and inspire change. This virtual group coaching program is open to any leader who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Program Details:

Spring: February - April 2025

Over the span of WCG’s leadership group coaching sessions, leaders can expect to dive into a wide variety of topics with their peers, including:

  • Authentic Leadership

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Accountability and Delivering Feedback

  • Ownership

  • Employee Engagement

  • Your Path Forward.

A virtual blend of individual career coaching sessions mixed with a peer-driven community, this 90-day group coaching program meets virtually via Microsoft Teams and provides:

  • Four, 1-on-1 vision setting and coaching sessions with a WCG Career Coach

    • Your one-to-one coaching sessions will be scheduled with your coach to fit into your busy day.

  • Six group coaching sessions facilitated by a WCG Career Coach

    • Wednesdays: 10:00 - 11:30 am ET / 9:00 am - 10:30 am CT on February 12th & 26th, March 12th & 26th, April 9th & 23rd

    • Wednesdays: 12:00 - 1:30 pm ET / 11:00 am - 12:30 pm CT on February 12th & 26th, March 5th & 26th, April 9th & 23rd

    • Thursdays: 12:00 - 1:30 pm ET / 11:00 am - 12:30 pm CT on February 13th & 27th, March 13th & 27th, April 10th & 24th

  • Realistic and manageable growth activities before each group coaching session.
