Service Level Guidelines

It is essential that WCG clients select the appropriate service level—Executive, Professional, or Student-Level—based on their career stage and needs. Each service level is tailored to address distinct career requirements, ensuring you receive the appropriate level of expertise and support.

Executive: Individuals in or pursuing senior leadership roles (C-suite, Vice Presidents, Directors) who require more advanced services, including in-depth interview preparation, offer negotiations, and leadership coaching.

Professional: Early career through manager-level professionals, or those in specialized roles, who need assistance with career transitions, advancement, skill alignment, and leadership development for current or new roles focused on qualifications and experience.

Student: Individuals at the beginning of their career journey (students, recent graduates, or those with less than one year of professional experience) who require foundational guidance, career exploration, and early career preparation.

If you are unclear about which level of support you need, please reach out to info@wilbanksconsulting.com or schedule a free consultation to clarify your support. Any client who purchases a service that does not align with their experience and goals will be contacted by a WCG representative to assess whether additional charges or a refund should be applied to reflect the correct support required. For example, if an Executive purchases a Professional-level service(s), WCG will contact the Executive to communicate the appropriate service level before proceeding with services, and request permission to adjust the service fee(s) accordingly. This ensures that each client receives the appropriate level of service tailored to their career stage. Please ensure you select the correct service level to avoid any disruption in services and/or pricing adjustments.
