Challie Sherrill brings over 20 years of experience in empowering individuals to fulfill their ultimate potential.

With a diverse and accomplished Human Resources career spanning various global roles in energy, healthcare, manufacturing, consulting, and nonprofits, Challie demonstrates her expertise by fostering meaningful connections. With significant experience in highly matrixed-organizations, she is responsive, organized, and service-focused, allowing the opportunity to foster relationships and improve business outcomes. Her passion is partnering with individuals to understand their career aspirations and develop a plan to achieve those goals.

In addition to her professional work, Challie has a passion for volunteering, enjoys traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Julie Fehl

For 20 years, Julie Fehl has served in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition roles across many industries including food and beverage, manufacturing, sales, and health insurance operations.

Julie’s specialty is working with leaders to establish goals for the future that effectively communicate their unique value. Julie brings an insider’s perspective of what today’s employers are looking for through the eyes of the recruiter and hiring manager, especially when it comes to leadership and upward career progression. 

Outside of work, Julie is a mom to 2 boys, keeps busy with her school PTO and City Recycling Board, and enjoys traveling with her husband and family.

Anne Williams

Anne Williams is a seasoned executive with 15 years of experience across a variety of sectors, from professional sports teams to banking, from non-profits to high-profile leaders. 

Drawing on her background in Relational Psychology, along with her entrepreneurial experience, Anne is well-versed in the unique challenges that leaders encounter and has a deep sense of empathy towards them. Her experience in life planning, strategic and operational planning, and executive coaching further strengthens her ability to guide individuals toward achieving their full potential.

Currently residing in Pittsburgh, Anne is a seven-year breast cancer survivor and believes in living each day to the fullest. Her proudest accomplishment is her two amazingly talented adult children and three beautiful grandchildren.
