As a Sales & Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to generate leads and engage them as new clients. The primary responsibility will be managing relationships with targeted referral sources and community partners for the purposes of promoting our products and services. Acting as the face of the business at various community and business events to generate leads
Contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails
Collaborating with Marketing and Career Consultants to execute sales campaigns
Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and relevant team members
Leveraging lead generation tools (LinkedIn) to generate targeted lists
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, making outbound calls daily, and evaluating inbound and outbound prospects as sales opportunities
Conducting sales consultations via Zoom
Preparing university and/or company proposals in PowerPoint
Coordinating new workshop and webinar sales, including scheduling and administrative processing
Achieving or exceeding monthly quota of qualified opportunities consistently
Managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Trello
Reporting to the CEO on sales results and making recommendations on new channels
What Do You Bring?
Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
Ability to travel within the Western PA region while maintaining professionalism
Demonstrated capacity to work individually as well as being a productive team member
History of a strong work ethic with an eagerness to make new connections and a love for closing deals
Strong experience prospecting new clients while keeping track of dead-end leads
Excellent problem-solving ability and willingness to collaborate
Desire for continued learning and improvement
Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What Do We Offer?
Fully remote work, if desired – you can work from anywhere within the Pittsburgh, PA region!
A flexible schedule, work when it’s convenient for you with most work happening within our designated business hours of 9 am – 5 pm ET
Compensation: $30,000-$40,000 per year plus monthly commission, depending on experience

Our writers are the core of our team, providing key tactical job preparation services that help our clients compete in today’s competitive market. Writers may be responsible for directly managing client relationships.
+ Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients via phone or email to understand their career history and objectives.
Write impactful resumes utilizing WCG’s framework and writer support services.
Provide clients with prompt edits and revisions of their documents.
Maintain project deadlines and communicate project status to job seekers and WCG point of contact.
+ Requirements:
Must have a strong understanding of resume writing best practices, along with strong knowledge of the current job market and hiring trends.
Ability to translate a client interview into a compelling story around a client's experience, skill set, and accomplishments.
Exceptional English skills when conducting interviews, writing, and communicating verbally.
Strong customer care skills.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Solid work experience and/or knowledge of various industries and job functions.
Ability to work quickly and meet strict deadlines without supervision.
Mastery of the English language.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Completion of Taxpayer Identification Form, Independent Contractor and Confidentiality Agreement.

Certification including: CPRW, CMRW, ACRW, NCRW, MRW, CEIP
1+ years of experience as a professional resume writer
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Experience in recruitment, human resources, and/or career counseling
